Label Die Shapes


Rectangular Dies (rounded corners - die-cut)
 
Important: If your label will be applied with any style of label application equipment, you must know in which direction the label's long and short dimensions must be positioned on the label's liner. Before selecting a shape, see the diagrams in the side bar at right.
 
A label's WIDTH is always the dimension that runs across the roll of labels, from one edge of the liner to the other. A label's LENGTH is always the dimension that runs from one label to the next as the labels unwind from the roll.
 
If you are unfamiliar with automatic application equipment, please call us immediately -- before designing your label.
 
 
 
 
Follow the steps below to find the die shape that suits your needs. If we don't have exactly what you are looking for, we can custom order any size required.
 
 STEP 1. 
Enter the WIDTH desired: inches  
(a fraction must be expressed as a decimal)
 
 STEP 2. 
If the width can be slightly greater, the maximum it can be increased by is:
None    .125 in.    .25 in.
 
 STEP 3. 
If the width can be slightly less, the maximum it can be reduced by is:
None    .125 in.    .25 in.
 
 STEP 4. 
Enter the LENGTH desired: inches  
(a fraction must be expressed as a decimal)
 
 STEP 5. 
If the length can be slightly greater, the maximum it can be increased by is:
None    .125 in.    .25 in.
 
 STEP 6. 
If the length can be slightly less, the maximum it can be reduced by is:
None    .125 in.    .25 in.
 
 STEP 7.
