Our Prepress Department is familiar with government regulations pertaining to informational content, copy legibility, type position and type size on wine labels. We can make recommendations, however, we are not formally associated with the government agency controlling wine and therefore CANNOT TAKE LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CORRECTNESS OF ANY LABEL WE PARTICIPATE IN PRODUCING.
 
The TTB - The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau - regulates all printing specifications. This agency will determine if it needs to approve your label designs. If your prepress proofs need government approval, we can submit them in any way this govenment agency requires.
